These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of subscriptions on invitnetwork.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Invit Network (UK), located at Floor 3-4, 18 Hertford Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 7RT (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Subscription Plans

We offer two tiers of access to articles uploaded to the Site:

  • Free Membership: Provides access to read up to 6 articles per rolling 30-day period.
  • Paid Subscription: Provides unlimited access to read articles for a recurring fee of £1.99.

2) Billing and Auto-Renewal

  1. Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed every 28 days.
  2. Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew every 28 days unless you cancel it before the next billing date.
  3. Payment: By providing a payment method, you authorise us to charge the recurring fee of £1.99 every 28 days until you cancel.
  4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes, which will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.

3) Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings.
  2. Access After Cancellation: If you cancel, you will continue to have unlimited access until the end of your current 28-day billing period. Your account will then revert to a Free Membership.
  3. No Refunds: To the maximum extent permitted by law, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unread articles.

4) Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

  1. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a right to cancel a contract within 14 days.
  2. Immediate Access: By purchasing a subscription and accessing paid content immediately, you expressively request that the service begins immediately. You acknowledge that by accessing the digital content, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel and receive a refund.

5) Usage Limits and Metering

  1. Free Tier Metering: We use technical measures to track article views for Free Members. The 6-article limit is calculated on a rolling 30-day window.
  2. Fair Use: Unlimited access for paid subscribers is intended for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of automated scraping, bulk downloading, or account sharing.
  3. Circumvention: Any attempt to bypass the 6-article limit (e.g., creating multiple accounts or clearing cookies to reset tracking) is a breach of these Terms and may result in a permanent ban.

6) User Content and Uploads

  1. The Site allows users to upload articles. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of user-uploaded content.
  2. By uploading content, you represent that you own the rights to that content or have permission to share it.
  3. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or legal requirements.

7) Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and software, is the property of Invit Network (UK) or its content suppliers.
  2. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or publicly display any content from the Site without our express written consent.

8) Limitation of Liability

  1. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, Invit Network (UK) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
  3. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
